At Texber, SA, we offer warping and weaving services. Our main objective is to satisfy the needs of our customers, adapting our services to their demands. Texber offers three differentiating factors: experience (know-how), flexibility and the desire to do a good job.

Nearly 30 years of weaving experience means we can adapt to our customers' needs. Thanks to the tools and accessories we have acquired, as well as our staff, we are in a position to offer services that are difficult to find elsewhere. Furthermore, the fact that we combine both the weaving and warping processes leads to a rapid turnaround and a high-quality finished product. This is made easier by the commitment of Texber staff in every one of the tasks they carry out.

Our work ethic

WE WORK ON THE BASIS OF FLEXIBILITY

This allows us to weave pieces with widths ranging from 1.1 to 3.4 metres, and to deliver the product in the format requested by the customer: large rolls, small rolls, or folded pieces. We can also make hemmed edges and normal edges, and it should be noted that some of our looms are equipped with Jacquard looms, allowing us to weave the customer's name onto the edges of the material if required.

OUR SELLING POINT IS A JOB WELL DONE

This is why we listen to what our customers want, and then schedule all the required services: we provide technical advice and, together with the customer, we define the manufacturing process for the pieces. Some customers only require warping, some only require weaving and some require both processes. In addition, we also transport the pieces, if required.

WE PRODUCE CLOTHES AND BEAMS FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIES

Technical textiles (textile snow chains, tyres and cord conveyers, health sector, occupational hazard protection sector), household textiles (tablecloths and awnings) and textiles for the fashion sector (shirts and trousers). All the companies for whom we weave are looking for suppliers who can fulfil three requirements: quality, respect for deadlines and advice when required. Texber fulfils all these requirements, because customer satisfaction is our goal.
